Step 1: Log In or Sign Up

Visit the Help Center portal.

Enter your email address and click Next.

Follow the prompts to log in or create an account.

Step 2: Access the Title 24 Request Page
​

Once logged in, navigate to "Title 24 Requests" in the Help Center.

Click on "+ Title 24 Request" to begin a new submission.
Step 3: Fill Out the Request Form

Scope of Work: Enter the project details.

Foundation Type: Select the appropriate option (Slab, Raised, or Both).

HVAC Type: Choose between Ductless, Central Split, or Packaged Unit.

Water Heater Type: Select from Tankless, Tanked, or Heat Pump.

Framing Details: Provide any relevant construction details.

Start Date: Select the date the project will begin.

Attach Plans: Upload any necessary documents by dragging and dropping or using the Browse button.
Step 4: Submit Your Request

Review all entered information for accuracy.

Click Send to submit your request.
Step 5: Track Your Request Status

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Requests to view the status of your submission.

Open requests will display your submissions and project status
